Tenants

We offer all prospective tenants a varied and inviting register of appealing properties. Whether you’re a large corporate company or a single individual we offer homes that are ready for immediate occupation to suit all your needs and requirements.

Before arranging a viewing please check on current availability, and please let us know at the time of arranging to view a property if you have Pets in order that we can offer you a suitable property. Also, please advise us if you are in receipt of Housing Benefit in order that we can match you with properties where the Landlords are able to accept Housing Benefits recipients. In some cases, it may be necessary to provide a guarantor.

Properties will be reserved for prospective tenants on receipt of a reservation payment of the equivalent to one weeks rent, for example if the rent is £750 then the reservation will be £170. Once this payment is received we will then commence with the preparation of the necessary documents to include, the application, Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, the inventory with general statement of condition and taking up the required references.

Wych

Prior to taking up occupation, the prospective tenant will pay one month’s rent in advance plus a deposit. The deposit is usually the equivalent to five weeks rent, for example if the rent is £750 then the deposit will be £850.

As managing agents, we will transfer water and council tax bills into your name, as you will be responsible for the payments during the tenancy. It is not possible for the managing agents to transfer telephones, broadband and digital TV, and tenants should make arrangements themselves once they have taken possession of the property.

If there is not a property on the current list suitable for your requirements, then please register your details with us, in order that we keep you advised of other alternatives that may suit your requirements as they become available.
