Landlord fees

Our fees are extremely competitive, and we are open to negotiation dependant on the level of service you require (all fees include VAT)

  • Letting & collection of rent - 12.5%
  • Set up charge to include the initial marketing, Accompanied Viewings, Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, Tenant Referencing, Transfer of Occupancy & Right to Rent Checks - £360
  • General Statement of Condition & Inventory, end of let final check out - £114 (£30 is added for fully furnished properties)
  • Assured Shorthold Tenancy Renewals - £72
  • Section 13 Rent Increase Notice - £54
  • All major works in excess of £1500.00 - 10% for supervision
  • Inland Revenue Annual Return - £42
  • Copy of previous Invoices or yearly Statements - £4.80 per copy invoice/£48 yearly statement
  • Protecting the tenants deposit with the Deposit Protection Service - Free of charge
  • Letting only service - £720
