2. Work with the actual material which the trainers are to use, whether that material is originating in house, externally
(via W Y C H W O O D or other providers) or co-developed. In addition, the course must include practice and consideration of the audience and circumstances with which your trainers must deal. It must be your real world - not theoretical, generic or abstract.

In providing this, we ensure that your trainers come away with the confidence in their ability to deliver the actual material which they will be using, and in the environment in which they will be delivering it. They hit the ground running!
