Established in 1992 by Bill Wych himself on the back of three decades of experience in residential sales, lettings, property management, land and commercial transactions in Wellingborough and the surrounding towns and villages.

The companies’ first office was located at 17-18 Victoria Road, Wellingborough. However, due to the rapid growth of the business, the office was relocated to a larger, more prominent position at 43-45 Midland Road, Wellingborough.

The Agency soon established an enviable reputation as one of the most credible and professional lettings and property management companies in the region.

During our time at 43-45 Midland Road the company continued to grow from strength to strength, and although the primary concern of the business was lettings and property management, we became extremely proficient in the field of property portfolio development, successfully selling and sourcing residential investment opportunities for a great number of clients and investors.

In 2011, the company moved to its flagship office at 26c Sheep Street. With its exquisite decorative design, prominent high street location, and warm and welcoming atmosphere, the office premises in the heart of Wellingborough town centre continues to attract vendors, Landlords, buyers and tenants alike.
