And because booking days into diaries rarely fits exactly, we often have a few spare days left over each month after our corporate clients have booked up. Our solution for you Because we schedule our training for SMEs around the work we do with our corporate clients we can cost effectively train in sessions that last just half a day each, or even less. As well as taking your people away from their jobs for much less time, it is also proven that 'a little and often' is a much more effective way to train because it gives people the chance to take a few new ideas, try them out, then get more help. Getting all the ideas in one big dose over a few consecutive days is often too overwhelming. We also do a lot of 'on the job' training, for example, accompanying your people as they interview, talk to customers, manage their staff etc. This 'coaching' approach is highly effective, and means that your people have no time at all away from their jobs. 3.
